Have sneakers, clothing, accessories, or Pokémon products you want to sell?

Fairfax offers consignment for selected products through our retail store, website, and live selling platforms.

We help sell your items while you track your stock and sales through our consignment system.

What We Accept

We currently consider consignment for:

  • Sneakers / Shoes
  • Clothing
  • Accessories
  • Pokémon Sealed Products
  • Pokémon Raw Cards
  • Pokémon Graded Cards

All items must be authentic, clean, in good condition, and suitable for resale.

Fairfax reserves the right to accept or decline any item.

Commission Rates

Clothing

Fairfax commission: 25%
Consigner receives: 75%

Shoes / Sneakers

Fairfax commission: 25%
Consigner receives: 75%

Accessories

Fairfax commission: 25%
Consigner receives: 75%

Pokémon Sealed Products

Fairfax commission: 10%
Consigner receives: 90%

Raw Pokémon Cards

Fairfax commission: 10%
Consigner receives: 90%

Graded Pokémon Cards

Fairfax commission: 10%
Consigner receives: 90%

How It Works

  1. Submit or bring in your items for review
  2. Fairfax approves suitable products
  3. Products are uploaded to our consignment system
  4. Your items are sold in-store, online, or through live selling
  5. Once sold, you can request a cashout through the system

We use Sneaker Consign, which allows consigners to view inventory, track sales, update prices, and request cashouts.

Cashouts

Once you request a cashout, Fairfax will process payment within 10 business days.

A 2.4% processing fee applies to cashouts and is deducted from the consigner payout.

Upload Fee

A $0.50 upload fee per product applies when products are uploaded to the consignment system.

Pricing & Discounts

Consigners can update pricing through the consignment system.

If Fairfax runs a sale or discount event, consigners will be notified at least 7 days prior where possible.

Discount prices must be provided 48 hours before the promotion. If no response is received, the product may remain at its current price or be excluded from the promotion.

Fairfax may also contact consigners directly if a customer is interested in an item at a lower price.

Pokémon Raw Card Security

Raw Pokémon cards are handled carefully using a security process.

Each raw card will be:

  • Sleeved
  • Sealed with a coded security seal
  • Recorded in the system

This ensures each card can be identified and tracked properly.

Withdrawals

If you would like to withdraw products from consignment, you must provide 48 hours notice.

Items cannot be removed immediately without prior notice.

Private Sales & Shipping

If you sell your item privately while it is held at Fairfax, we may assist with shipping.

The consigner is responsible for:

  • Full postage cost
  • Plus an additional 10% handling fee

Shipping is completed through Australia Post.

Returns

If a customer return is accepted:

  • If you have not cashed out, the item will be returned to your inventory
  • If you have already cashed out, the amount will be deducted from your next cashout

Uncollected Goods

If Fairfax decides to discontinue working with a consigner or brand, the consigner will be notified and given 60 days to collect unsold goods.

If items are not collected within 60 days, and no valid reason with an agreed collection date is provided, Fairfax may treat the goods as uncollected.
